Compliant digital asset mining?
Marathon Mining said it mined its first US ‘OFAC-compliant’ (Coindesk). The announcement was met with skepticism, with many calling it no more than window dressing or a publicity stunt.
CDBC
Lots of new announcements: Kazakhstan launched a consultation about its proposed CDBC (BlockchainNews), the National Bank of Georgia is considering its own CDBC (BlockchainNews) and so is Israel (Coindesk).
DLT
The European Central Bank published its opinion on the EU’s proposed DLT pilot project for market infrastructure (ECB)…
